When do I need to place my order for the upcoming week?
To ensure peak freshness and allow our chefs time to source local ingredients, all orders must be placed by Friday at 11:59 PM for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday depending on your zone.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and never frozen. They typically stay fresh in your refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. Each meal is labeled with a specific 'Use By' date for your convenience.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are delivered in insulated cooler bags with non-toxic gel ice packs designed to keep your food at a safe temperature for up to 8 hours after delivery.
How do I heat my meals?
Our containers are microwave-safe. Simply remove the lid and heat for 2-3 minutes. For best results with certain dishes, we also provide oven-safe instructions on the individual meal labels.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. We offer total flexibility. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, provided the changes are made before the weekly Friday cutoff.
Are your containers recyclable?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our meal containers are 100% BPA-free and recyclable. We also encourage customers to leave out their insulated bags and ice packs for our drivers to collect and reuse.
